What we do

Two services. Done well.

No. 01 · Cremation

Direct cremation, $1,895.

Cremation only — care of the deceased, all permits, the cremation itself at our partner facility (the Cremation Society of Washington in Tukwila, eighteen minutes away), and return of the remains to your hand. Seven to ten days, end to end.

Witness cremation is available by appointment at no additional charge. We will guide you through what to expect and stand with you throughout.

No. 02 · Memorial

A small modern memorial.

In our chapel, in your home, outdoors, or at a cemetery — we coordinate the venue, the program, the music, the officiant, and the printed program. Up to forty guests in our chapel; live-stream included.

Memorials can be held with or without cremation. Many families choose to hold the memorial weeks or months after the death so distant family can travel.

From $750 (in your home) · From $2,400 (in our chapel)

The honest part

What we don't do.

Most firms list only what they offer. We list what we don't, so you can decide quickly whether we're the right fit.

Embalming

We don't embalm. Direct cremation doesn't require it; modern memorial services don't require it. If your family needs an embalmed open-casket viewing, we are not the right firm.

On-site burials

We don't have our own cemetery. We coordinate burials at any Seattle-area cemetery you choose, but the burial itself is performed by their staff.

Multi-day services

We don't do three-day visitations with rented limousines and full processionals. Our services are intentionally single-occasion. If you want the traditional pattern, we'll refer you to a firm that does it well.
